You’re not alone

There has always been a level of support amongst peers in the death care industry. After all, extending kindness and compassion to others is why we do what we do. And recently, we noticed a shift in the industry.

At IFISS, we’re here to support you and you can always call on us. Still, there was an unexpected twist where that support came back to us with the loss of one of our own.

You were here for us and we want to say thank you.

We have always been so incredibly proud to be part of the death care industry. And with the outpour of support we were so generously offered, it’s been humbling to see the importance of unity embraced by the industry as a whole.

We’re starting to get rid of the old idea that you have to keep pushing through, work 24-7 or get out. No longer is the plan just an exit plan. Instead, we are investing in breaks to help with resilience and longevity.

The fact is, there is a change in funeral directors when they know they are supported not only at their workplace but by their peers.

And with an increase in requests for IFISS training and support interstate, it’s been heartwarming to see how organisations are starting to see value in external support.

Because you don’t have to do it yourself and you’re not alone.

Thank you for being there for us. And now, we are here to support you once again if you need us.

If you’d like holiday support for your organisation, our adaptable and agile team can provide experienced personnel to cover the running of your business.

Or to learn more about how to build resilience and reignite enthusiasm within your team, contact us today to learn about our Resilience training. Payment options are available.
