We are your team

We know how important being part of a team is to our wellbeing, and for those who work in death care this is vital to our ability to deliver amazing funerals for families. So how do individual suppliers find that support outside of a service?

Consider the team at IFISS your support crew.

In the death industry, we are in a unique business where teamwork needs to run perfectly on the day, yet there is little time for planning or rehearsal beforehand for something that is so important.

There are so many individuals who contribute to the greatness of a funeral. As we know, every funeral is different, with only a small window for suppliers to form a cohesive team prior to a service commencing.

With a collective goal to deliver a seamless funeral for families, every individual from mortuary suppliers/providers & transfer teams, to AV companies, celebrants, florists, singers and organists (to name a few) will come together to create a team on the day.

Often those involved in helping a funeral come together are sole traders, who outside of the service may not have a team to return to.  So where do they go for support?

At IFISS, we are so proud to be a part of this industry and understand the importance of every individual role involved in a funeral. If you’re a supplier, we are here for you.

Whether you’re new to the industry and feeling overwhelmed, or you’ve been involved for sometime and feel like you may have been exposed to so many funerals – give us a call or drop past if you need to chat. You don’t have to be in crisis to talk to us. We are here to help you create your network and provide support. It’s a safe space.
