- An initial screening of their professional goals and suitability for the sector.
- Completion of either our Introduction to the Funeral Industry or our Introduction to the Funeral Industry – Mortuary Care courses.
- In addition, either our Basic FDA & Hearse driver course or Basic Mortuary and Transfer course
- A comprehensive 40-question interview process to ensure they have the mindset and knowledge required for the role.
