Dear friends of IFISS,
We want to let you know that we are experiencing a particularly busy time and are often at maximum holding capacity. This doesn’t limit our ability to assist you, it does mean, however, that you must call to arrange a day & time for your client to be brought into our care, prior to arranging their transfer. We may also require an urgent collection time. (It could be your opportunity to come and have a cuppa with us and put your entry in our free Xmas hamper draw!)
We really thank you for your cooperation during this busy time for us all.
A reminder to all our industry colleagues that we are an emergency service and we are here to support you in an emergency or crisis, in whatever way you need – so always reach out to us. You do not need to be regular users of our services you simply have to be registered with us.
