This four-hour session is the perfect place to start on your new journey into the Funeral industry. An open and honest presentation by industry professionals who have had many years of experience in all areas of the industry. You will learn how every day is different because each life story is different, and each family is different.
You will discover how and where each role fits into the organising and conducting of a funeral service, from the first phone call to the funeral company, to the final goodbye to the family.
You will learn the importance of good administration, PR, sales, marketing, and payments for your company to flourish and continue to care for families. You will really understand the importance of teamwork.
Upon completion of the course, you will have a solid understanding of which area of the funeral industry you’re most suited to and what direction to take.
