Industry Involvement and Key Events
Throughout 2025, the IFISS team has maintained a proactive schedule of industry engagement, participating in key conferences and trade shows both in Victoria and across Australia.
Significant highlights of our calendar was the CCAV Conference where we presented and were sponsors of the event and most recently the ACC Higgins/NFDA Expo held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre in October. This event represented our largest presence to date. The day was highly productive, featuring a comprehensive display of products and services relevant to the funeral industry, with representation from businesses across all states and territories.
The IFISS team used this platform effectively, engaging in several key activities:
- Reviewing the latest industry products and innovations.
- Establishing connections with new contacts unfamiliar with IFISS and the broad range of support services we provide to funeral directors and connecting with our valued and existing clients.
- Launching “the Funeral School”
It was clear from the response we received that the IFISS brand is growing in recognition and respect. Taking a visible, active role in the industry demonstrates our mission: ‘We support the funeral director to support the family in whatever way we can.’ As our business continues to grow, this foundational role is proving increasingly vital and effective within the industry.
IFISS Holiday Appreciation: Christmas Lucky Draw
As the year draws to a close, we are preparing for the IFISS Christmas Lucky Draw, which commences on December 1st.
Participation Details:
- Each visit to IFISS HQ in December offers an opportunity to enter the draw.
- The prize is a curated IFISS hamper filled with festive sweets, treats, and seasonal items.
- Entry forms will be available at the designated area during your visit.
The winner will be officially drawn on either Friday, December 19th, or Monday, December 22nd, and notified directly by telephone.
